By accessing or using ResizeImg (https://resizeimg.cabokit.com), operated by Cabokit, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service description
ResizeImg provides free browser tools to resize images to exact pixels, crop any width × height region, and rotate images (for example 90° / 180°). Processing is intended to run locally on your device. The service is currently provided without charge and without requiring an account.
Results vary by file and device. We do not guarantee that any particular output size, quality, format, or platform requirement will be met. Upscaling cannot invent true detail beyond the source image.
2. Local processing; no hosted file storage
Image tools are designed so that your files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to ResizeImg servers for storage or processing. You remain responsible for securing your device, browser, and any downloaded output files.
Do not rely on us to store, recover, or back up any file. Always keep original copies of important images before resizing, cropping, or rotating.
3. Your content and legal responsibility
You alone choose which files to process. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to process those files, and that your use complies with applicable law (including copyright, privacy, and publicity rights).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ResizeImg for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to abuse, overload, scrape, or automate the service in a way that harms availability or security
- Attempt to bypass technical limits, security measures, or access controls
- Misrepresent ResizeImg as an official service of any third-party brand or platform
5. Technical limits
ResizeImg may enforce limits such as maximum dimensions (for example up to 10,000px per side), supported input formats (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF), or export formats (JPG, PNG, WebP, ICO). Limits may change. Large files or complex crops may cause slow performance or failures on some devices.
6. Third-party sites and sister tools
ResizeImg may link to other Cabokit tools or third-party websites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
7. No warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CABOKIT AND RESIZEIMG DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CABOKIT, RESIZEIMG, AND THEIR OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR FROM PROCESSING RESULTS.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (currently $0 for the free tool) or (b) USD $50.
9. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we revise the Terms.
